MPS Limited Announces Appointment of Jayantika Dave, as an Additional Director Designated as Non-Executive and Independent Director

MPS Limited at its board meeting held on October 30, 2019, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the appointment of Ms. Jayantika Dave, as an Additional Director designated as an Non-Executive and Independent Director of the company, with effect from October 30, 2019, to hold office for a period of two years with effect from 30th October 2019 up to 29th October 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the next Annual General Meeting of the company. Jayantika is an Independent, Non-Executive Director on the Ingersoll Rand India Board, and is a Founder Trustee of the Delhi Bird Foundation, and the KN Dave Educational Trust. She is also an Executive Coach, and a consultant on HR Strategy.
