The Annual General Meeting will take place onAugust 5, 2020 at 10:00 am CET.

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the AGM will only be held as avirtual AGMwithout the personal participation of the shareholders or their proxies ("COVID-19 law").

According to the German Stock Corporation Act the venue will be the company's registered office at the Dachauer Str. 665, 80995 Munich.
