The Stock Exchange of Thailand

Macquarie Securities (Thailand) Limited ("Issuer") has issued Derivative Warrants, JMT28C2302A and MTC28C2302A (the "DWs") traded over the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("Exchange"). On 10th August 2022, the theoretical price of that Derivative Warrants was lower than the floor price. Consequently, the Market Maker has been unable to provide liquidity on the DWs from (and including) 10th August 2022 onward.

The Issuer is seeking an approval from the Exchange in order to change the floor price. The Issuer will make a further announcement when market making on the DWs is able to be resumed.
