PRESS RELEASE Muehlhan AG postpones Annual General Meeting 2020 Hamburg, March 27, 2020 - Muehlhan AG (Open Market; ISIN DE000A0KD0F7) is postponing its ordinary Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 19, 2020, to an as yet undetermined date. As a consequence, the Annual General Meeting will not be held on May 19, 2020, as originally announced. This decision was reached in light of the rapid spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
