Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. (BOVESPA:MULT3) signed purchase and sale agreement to acquire additional 24.95% stake in DiamondMall for BRL 170 million on January 5, 2023. After the acquisition, The stake of Multiplan Empreendimentos in DiamondMall has reduced to 75.05%. The completion of the acquisition is subject to the fulfillment of conditions precedent, including, among them, approval by The Administrative Council for Economic Defense.
