Minutes of the Fiscal Council's Meeting held on July 27, 2021
Date, time and place: On the 27th day of July 2021, at 04:30 PM, at the head office of Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários S.A. ("Company"), in the City and State of Rio de Janeiro, at Avenida das Américas, 4.200, block 2, suite 501, Barra da Tijuca, with videoconference attendance.
Call notice and attendance: Meeting called in accordance with the Fiscal Council's
Internal Rules, with the attendance of Messrs. Vitor Rogério da Costa and Ian de Porto Alegre Muniz, sitting members, and Mr. Christian Clarke de Ulhôa Canto, alternate member replacing Mr. Carlos Alberto Alvahydo de Ulhôa Canto, who justified his absence, all pursuant to articles 3º, §4º and 6 of said Rules. Also attending the meeting were the representatives of the Company's independent auditors, Ernst & Young Auditores Independentes S.S. ("Independent Auditors"), Messrs. Roberto Martorelli and Vitor Sarmento, the executive officers of the Company, Messrs. Armando d'Almeida Neto and Hans Christian Melchers, and Ms. Andréia Grain de Freitas Jorge, Account Manager.
Presiding Board: Chairman: Mr. Vitor Rogério da Costa; Secretary: Mr. Marcelo Vianna Soares Pinho.
4. Agenda: Discuss about the Company's quarterly financial information (ITR) related to the second quarter ended on June 30, 2021.
Resolutions: In view of the presentations and clarifications provided by the Company's Management and the Independent Auditors, the members of the Fiscal Council discussed, without caveat, the draft of Company's individual and consolidated quarterly financial information (ITR) related to the second quarter ended on June 30, 2021.
Closing, Drawing Up, and Approval of the Minutes: With no further issue to be addressed, these minutes were approved and duly signed electronically by the Fiscal Council members attending the meeting. This is a true copy of the original minutes drawn up in the proper book.
