Multiplan Empreendimentos Imobiliários S A : shopping centers welcome Christmas with special decorations

Multiplan's shopping centers have entered into the Christmas spirit and have already inaugurated their special decorations for the season. Themed decorations, lights and incredible trees mark the most awaited time of the year in the malls. Besides participating in the Christmas promotions of each shopping center, consumers also can admire the incredible adornments prepared especially for the date - and once again give a hearty welcome to Santa Claus.

In a totally innovative format, BarraShopping and NewYorkCityCenter, in Rio de Janeiro (RJ), are displaying decorations inspired in the magical world of Disney. Visitors will also come across a large tree (30 meters high), a project by set designer Abel Gomes. Of course, Santa Claus will be back in person. In addition, starting November 23, clients can participate in the promotion to win 100 gift certificates and five brand new cars.

VillageMall, in Rio, has decorations inspired in classic and handcrafted elements that portray the Christmas spirit and show off different elements of jute. Throughout the mall, giant aerial adornments and decorated trees can be discovered. For the second year in a row, the mall will host Boutique de Noël, a seasonal store that offers curated articles and decorations to decorate the holiday environments. The mall will also hold Creative Christmas Workshops. Until November 12, Christmas ornament classes will be offered, allowing visitors to customize the decorations used to embellish the mall's main tree. From November 13 to December 24, an Augmented Reality Drawing Workshop will be run, where children will paint and draw and use an exclusive app to animate them.

Also in Rio de Janeiro, ParkShoppingCampoGrande has set up the Santa Claus Village, featuring a beautiful Christmas 11-meter-tall tree, snowmen and a polar bear more than 2 meters high, ready for selfies. The mall also has installed its traditional light tunnel and Santa Claus will be on hand. Once again, pet animals are invited to the celebrations: the mall will have a throne prepared especially for them.

ShoppingAnáliaFranco, in São Paulo (SP), will host Parque dos Doces, a candy park with special decoration for Christmas. Right at the main outside entrance, a 13-meter-high tree has been erected. Almost 5,000 decorations among balls, bows and candies, and more than 20,000 LED lights compose the entire indoor scenery. In addition, animatronic bears, snowmen made out of "brigadeiro" and "beijinho" sweets, cookies and candies hanging from the openings will serve as backdrops for beautiful photos with the whole family. Together with the decoration, free toys will guarantee fun for the kids: a candy-shaped "bullet" train, slide, mini carousel, and an installed swing accessible for wheelchair users will be available for visitors. Santa Claus will be in attendance for all comers in Santa's House, a space on the Lírio level, designed to receive clients with greater comfort and safety.

ShoppingVilaOlímpia, also in the capital of São Paulo, presents the Bears' Christmas. The Event Square has a 10-meter-high tree and the bears' house, waiting for Noel. Just like the inside of the mall, the façade also conveys the same mood, with a 10-foot tree visible to all. On the terrace, on the 3rd floor, a bear carousel will guarantee fun for both children and adults. St. Nick will be on his throne on the 2nd floor, duly respecting Covid restrictions and available for photos and conversations with the public.

Another São Paulo attraction is the Fantastic Christmas at MorumbiShopping, which features the traditional giant Christmas tree, looming 35 meters high. The interior decoration includes a 13-meter-high tree decorated with flowers, pinecones, diverse balls and special branches, in the elevator shaft, along with a forest formed by pine trees and the presence of a sleigh and a reindeer. The mall's Atrium will host a Christmas Card Workshop for children to decorate and write their requests to Santa, who will receive their phone calls inside a showcased Santa's House. Outside, the mall offers a Mini Amusement Park with a small train, carousel and a mini-Ferris wheel. Tickets can be purchased through the Multi app at a special discount.

ParkShoppingSãCaetano, in São Caetano do Sul (SP), has combined its Christmas decoration together with the celebration of its 10-year anniversary, which is the theme of the decoration, including special decorations and façade lights. To complete the decor, Santa's return will be completely safe, welcoming the children with a special protocol to assure the necessary distancing. Furthermore, on the digital totem, children can take a picture with Santa Claus, by downloading the Multi super app.

The Christmas decoration at JundiaíShopping, in Jundiaí (SP), is pegged to "Enchanted Christmas." The main tree is 8 meters high and the decoration also features a giant bear and a giant Santa (3.5 m and 3 m, respectively). To top it off, there are interactive and Instagrammable backdrops.

With the theme of "Noel's Ark," RibeirãoShopping, Ribeirão Preto (SP), has built a huge ark, allowing visitors to enter and make a journey among the animals. The hourly artificial snow show also guarantees moments of joy for the whole family. The structure, located in the Events Square A, in the Red Earth Sector of the mall, has toys to guarantee fun for the kids. On top of the ark is a large Christmas tree, 15 meters high and all lit up with some 35,000 micro-LED bulbs, decorated with boxes, balls, and bows. Santa Claus will meet the children at an appropriate distance and exercise full safety measures, in the Central Square.

Based on a "Snowy Christmas" theme, ShoppingSantaÚrsula Mall, also in Ribeirão Preto, installed a large Christmas tree in the Central Square, in addition to an ice-skating rink and decorations throughout the complex. The mall's exterior areas also are festooned in decorations on the glass windows, façade and adjacent coconut trees.

In Belo Horizonte (MG), Multiplan's shopping centers prepared unforgettable thematic decorations and featured a digital Santa Claus. In addition, the malls will run unmissable promotions. BH Shopping created the Santa Claus Garden, which features the Good Santa, Mother Christmas and the elves planting flowers and taking care of the garden inside a glass greenhouse, located on the Mariana Floor. The locale also has a beautiful nativity scene, a 40-meter tree with 300,000 lights, and a large, revolving tree, with music, up to the Mariana Floor, besides a room in Santa's "house," open to visitors. Another attraction is the Disco, a toy formed by a kind of giant disk, with seats around the edges, driven by pistons that rotate and change rhythm according to the music. The kids can also have fun on a little train that runs through Christmas-themed scenery.

Also in Belo Horizonte, DiamondMall's "Bright Christmas" has red and gold decoration and more than 500 balls, 600 adornments and about 30,000 LED lights. The main stage will be in the food court, composed of a four-meter-high gazebo and, on top of the structure, the principle, 11-meter tree. The setting also includes animatronic reindeer, cascades of lights, giant LED balls, and an illuminated sign at one of the entrances to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the mall.

Pátio Savassi, located in the state capital of Minas Gerais, has set up a 14-meter tree, a Santa Claus house made entirely of glass, a Nutcracker, a nativity scene with large-scale figures, and a seven-meter-high tree. The mall's "sky" was "invaded" by balloons filled with presents and, on the ground, colorful airplanes carry the Santa's helpers. Outside, cascades of lights, illuminated festoons, and garlands brighten the facade of the development.

BarraShoppingSul's Christmas, in Porto Alegre (RS), will celebrate the magic of reunions. The mall presents a major novelty: the unprecedented Kinetic Tree, a work of art that explores visual effects through physical movements, which will be integrated with the Lower Barra and its 1,500 square meter boulevard. Inside, a forest of Christmas trees, balls, bells, reindeer, animatronic animals, and lights create a very special atmosphere. The Rosa dos Ventos Square, the center of the shopping center, will have a Big Christmas Tree - rising to 11 meters.

Christmas 2021 at ParkShopping Canoas, in Canoas (RS), celebrates the giving of gifts and encourages customers to experience Magic on Ice! The novelty this year is the 11-meter-high Christmas tree that will be in the middle of the skating rink, forming a Christmastime setting permeating the imaginary of this special date. Visits to Santa Claus will once again be in-person at Santa's Corner. A Christmas lounge will be decorated to welcome families on Floor L3, next to the Park Lounge Coworking area.

ParkShoppingBarigüi, in Curitiba (PR), has prepared a series of surprises to delight customers: a giant interactive piano for them to play Christmas songs that will pack the festive atmosphere, inspired by the piano at FAO Schwarz, a famous toy store in New York. The decoration also includes a large gift box, with augmented reality, for children's entertainment. The interaction will be in real time with characters such as Santa Claus, his reindeer and elves. The main tree, more than 10 meters high, features an illuminated tunnel through which visitors can pass. The Christmas magic will also invade one of the most important postcard views of the city, the Barigüi Park. It is the biggest Christmas tree in Curitiba - 22 meters high and with 54,000 points of LED light in green. The ParkShoppingBarigüi tree in the park will be turned on Tuesday (11/23) with the opening of Parque Barigüi's Natal Luz dos Pinhais 2021.

ParkShopping, in Brasília (DF), brings the "Sweet Christmas" to its consumers.
