Day of Charity is celebrated on July 19. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, Multiplan and its 18 shopping centers have promoted a series of social actions to benefit society. Over the past 10 years, the Company has invested more than R$11 million in initiatives in the areas of health, well-being, culture and social responsibility.

Multiplan remains committed to supporting the important process to immunize the Brazilian population, making its shopping centers available as vaccination points to combat COVID-19. At BarraShoppingSul, in Porto Alegre (RS), at ShoppingAnáliaFranco, in São Paulo (SP) and at ParkShoppingSãoCaetano, in São Caetano do Sul (SP), vaccinations are offered in a drive-thru scheme. In Ribeirão Preto (SP), it takes place at the do RibeirãoShopping Medical Center. By mid-July, more than 103,000 doses of immunizing agents had already been applied in these four Multiplan malls.

In June, the Company completed donations of 10,000 food hampers for the #TamoJuntoNaLuta campaign run by the Transforma Brasil movement. Some 150 tons of food were sent to more than 100 organizations operating in 15 cities, including all in which Multiplan is present. In addition, at the Group's shopping centers and offices, another 13 tons of non-perishable foodstuffs were collected at points made available for donations from clients, storekeepers and employees.
