Resumption of operations in Ribeirão Preto leads to total reopening of Multiplan's portfolio
MULTIPLAN EMPREENDIMENTOS IMOBILIÁRIOS S.A ("Company"), pursuant to Instruction No. 358, issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission ("CVM") on January 30, 2002, as amended, publicly announces that, as determined by local authorities, RibeirãoShopping and ShoppingSantaÚrsula, in Ribeirão Preto, will resume operations as of February 8, 2021.
With the resumption of operations in Ribeirão Preto, all 19 shopping centers of the Company's portfolio are simultaneously operating - despite the ensuing restrictions.
