Multiplan launches MultiSer - Emotion Management Center at RibeirãoShopping

Conceived by Multiplan's founder and president, José Isaac Peres, together with psychiatrist Augusto Cury and in partnership with Dreamsellers, the MultiSer space opens its doors on November 11 at RibeirãoShopping with the objective of treating and preventing emotional disorders and interpersonal conflicts, besides contributing to the development of emotional intelligence, resilience, empathy and entrepreneurialism.

MultiSer is the first Emotion Management Center in the world inside a shopping mall and comprises nine service rooms, an interactive room with 70 seats for courses (free and paid), mezzanine and a social square, totaling approximately 500m².

With a team made up of 16 psychologists for clinical care, one psychologist who manages the project, 1 director, and MultiSer's ambassador and mentor, psychiatrist Augusto Cury, the initiative will offer care to anyone who needs a warm welcome and sensitive listening to talk about discomforts such as fear, anxiety, grief, sadness, and emotional suffering.

"We've tried for many years to offer people pleasure, satisfy desires, but almost everything material.

Now, we are starting a project that will complete our dream: to also deal with the human soul.

Thus, I feel that, with all the joys we have already provided, our work will be even more complete, dealing with something non-material, the human feeling," says the president and founder of Multiplan, José Isaac Peres.

In addition to psychological care, MultiSer will be inaugurated with the free program "You are irreplaceable," a series of motivational videos shown on site by appointment, and paid courses "Management of Emotion," "Combating Anxiety," "Brilliant Women and Emotionally Balanced" and "Bright Parents."

Another highlight is the training for closed groups with businessmen, shopkeepers, groups of magistrates, prosecutors, doctors, executives, teachers and students.

MultiSer - Centro de Gestão da Emoção - is located at Alameda Gourmet do RibeirãoShopping, and is open from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and on Saturdays, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Sundays and holidays, the site offers psychological service shift.

The services have "social value," that is, they are offered at a reduced price.
