Getty Images, Inc. announced that it expects to receive $150 million in funding from CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II Sponsor, LLC, Getty Investments LLC

Getty Images, Inc. announced that it has entered into subscription agreements for a private placement of 15,000,000 class A common shares at a price of $10 per share for gross proceeds of $150,000,000 on December 9, 2021. The transaction will include participation from CC Neuberger Principal Holdings II Sponsor, LLC for $100,000,000 and Getty Investments LLC for $50,000,000. The common shares are of par value $0.0001 per share.

The closing is contingent upon, among other things, the substantially concurrent consummation of the business combination.
