Munjal Showa Limited Announces Resignation of Shigeki Kobayashi as Joint Managing Director from the Board of Directors and as Respective Committee Member

Munjal Showa Limited announced that Mr. Shigeki Kobayashi has tendered his resignation as Joint Managing Director (Executive) from the Board of Directors of the Company with immediate effect vide his letter dated April 10, 2021. Further, his resignation shall be applicable in respect of all those Committees of the Company as well wherein he is a member, with effect from April 10, 2021.
