Munters Group AB (publ) (OM:MTRS) agreed to acquire 60% stake in Inobram on November 1, 2022. Munters has an option to acquire the remaining 40% of the Inobram in 2028. Inobram had net sales of BRL 68 million in 2021.
Transaction closing is subject to certain corporate and regulatory approvals, including CADE Brazilian antitrust approval. Ana Carolina Audi, Marc Stalder, Paola Pugliese and Roberto Casarini acted as legal advisor to Demarest Advogados.
