Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co., Ltd. (TSE:7220) agreed to acquire 80% stake in JM Energy Corporation from JSR Corporation (TSE:4185) on January 27, 2020. The transaction was approved by Boards of Directors of JSR Corporation. Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co., Ltd. will acquire 4800 shares.
Post completion, Musashi Seimitsu Industry Co., Ltd. will hold 80% stake (4800 shares) and JSR Corporation will hold 20% stake (1200 shares) in JM Energy Corporation. Completion is expected on April 1, 2020.
