Musti Group plc (the "Company") has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, according to which the total direct and indirect holdings of Ameriprise Financial, Inc. have on 9 December 2021 increased above 5 percent of the Company's shares and votes.

According to the notification, the shares are held in portfolios and funds managed on a discretionary basis by Threadneedle Asset Management Limited, and the shares are held through certain nominee companies. No shareholder specified in the notification individually holds over 5 percent of the Company's shares and votes.
