Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (XTRA:MUX) signed an agreement to acquire TRANSPORTES AGUSTÍN FUENTES E HIJOS S.L. from Lineage Logistics Holdings, LLC on July 14, 2025. The transaction strengthens the Goods & Services segment as a new platform acquisition.

The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2025, subject to merger control approval. As of July 30, 2025, the National Commission on Markets and Competition (CNMC) has given the green light to the initial phase of Mutares' acquisition of Lineage Spain Transportation (Fuentes).
