Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (XTRA:MUX) has started exclusive talks with the majority owners of WALOR S.A. to acquire the French steel parts maker. The acquisition hinges on reaching a definitive agreement, including with the target company's creditors and minority shareholders, with completion expected in the second quarter of 2023, a press release said.
