The Board of My Rewards International Limited has been notified by Patrick Hamilton of his resignation from the company. Mr. Hamilton has served as CTO of My Rewards since August 2021. The Board considers Mr. Hamilton to be one of Australia's leading Information Technology executives and was recruited for his proven track-record in business and technology transformation.

Mr. Hamilton created a strong technology vision and established a class-leading product roadmap and target-state architecture to ensure the future success of the business as it scales locally and internationally. Through this value creation, the business is able to leverage and deploy technologies for very high-scale data processing, using serverless computing, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Mr. Chris Byrnes has been appointed as Interim CTO to ensure an orderly transition of leadership.

Mr. Byrnes will also continue to provide marketing and technology services to My Rewards under the Klyp Services Agreement. Mr. Byrnes has over 20 years of experience in technology, management, marketing, strategy and business development. As the Founder & CEO of Klyp Australia Pty Ltd. since January 2003, he has been a key driver in successfully expanding its services and launching 7 brands to market in a range of supplementary industries (with 4 more in the pipeline).

Mr. Byrnes will be responsible to lead My Rewards' technology team while the Company continues to build out its digital offerings. Mr. Hamilton will continue to support the Company and will work with Mr. Byrnes and the technology team until 16 September 2022 and assist the Managing Director, Ms Maitreyee Khire, and the Board to manage the transition.
