Mynd.ai Inc, formerly Gravitas Education Holdings Inc, is an investment holding company principally engaged in early childhood education. Through its subsidiaries, The Company operates two segments. The ELMTree segment produces interactive displays and teaching software primarily used in the education market. The GEH Singapore segment provides private kindergarten services and student care center services through its direct operations. The Company also provides a series of solutions including interactive tools, technologies and software platform. The Companyâs promethean products are comprised of interactive smart displays, accessories and software. The Company mainly conducts its businesses in the domestic market and overseas markets.
