The company’s controller Han Fang, holding stockholder Zhejiang Nacity Real Estate Servies Co., Ltd. and shareholder Zhoushan Wucaishi Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership), Shanghai Nandu Group, Beijing Yintai Land Commercial Co., Ltd., Zheng Yongqiang and Shanghai CURA Era Equity Investment Fund Management Co.,Ltd., directors and general manager Xiao Xiaoling, director Jin Tao, have agreed not to dispose of securities for a period of 36 months from the listing date.
The company’s director, deputy general manager and board of director’s secretary Que Jianhua, deputy general manager Shen Huifang, Xu Jing, Zhang Xian, Pan Caiping, Yu Jianyi, finance officer Chen Hong, and company’s supervisor Jin Xinchang, Zhang Wenya, Ni Yao have agreed not to dispose of securities for a period of 12 months from the listing date.
