In accordance with item 117 of the Rules of Procedure of the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House a.d. Belgrade, NIS j.s.c. Novi Sad publishes

NOTICE OF INTENT TO PAY A DIVIDEND THROUGH

CENTRAL SECURITIES DEPOSITORY AND CLEARING HOUSE

We notify shareholders that based on the decision of the Shareholders' Assembly NIS j.s.c. Novi Sad will pay out dividend for 2019 in the gross amount of RSD 27.14 per share.

Dividend day (Record date) i.e. the day on which the list of shareholders entitled to dividend for 2019 is determined is 20 June 2020.

The day of calculation for dividend payment will be 26 November 2020, and the dividend payment will be made on 27 November 2020 as follows:

1. to shareholder PJSC "Gazprom Neft" payment of the dividend will be made by direct payment from the account of NIS j.s.c. Novi Sad,
2. to shareholder Republic of Serbia payment of the dividend will be made by direct payment from the account of NIS j.s.c. Novi Sad in the Budget of Republic of Serbia,
3. to all other shareholders the dividend payment will be made through the Central Securities Depository and Clearing House.

We invite shareholders who do not have an active financial instruments account, i.e. whose financial instruments account has been closed in the period from the Dividend day (20 June 2020) to the day of announcement of this notice, to submit the instructions for receiving funds of the dividend until 25 November 2020. Instructions for receiving funds of the dividend should be submitted through a member of the Central Securities Depository to a corporate agent - Vojvodjanska banka a.d. Novi Sad (Capital market department) at: broker@voban.rs. For additional information regarding the submission of instructions for receiving funds within the specified deadline, shareholders may contact the corporate agent on the telephone numbers: +381 11 205-33-96 and +381 11 205-33-97 or at: broker@voban.rs.
