Announces Date of Report of Third Quarter 2017 Results and Payment of Quarterly Dividend

SHENZHEN, PRC - September 22, 2017 - Nam Tai Property Inc. ("Nam Tai" or the "Company") (NYSE Symbol: NTP) today announced the date of release of its third quarter results and payment of its quarterly dividend.

Third Quarter Results

The release of Nam Tai's third quarter financial results for the period ending September 30, 2017 will be on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 6:00 a.m. (EDT).

Dividend Reminder

The record date for the Company's quarterly dividend of $0.07 per common share will be on September 30, 2017 and the dividend payment date will be on October 20, 2017.
