Namhae Chemical Corp is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of fertilizers. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Fertilizer Chemicals segment mainly produces and sells fertilizers and chemical products such as compound fertilizers, urea, customized fertilizers, ammonia, silicate fluoride and gypsum, which are used in agriculture, raw materials, industry, wastewater treatment, and others. The Oil segment mainly engages in the sale of diesel, kerosene and gasoline; operation of gas stations; rent of oil storage facilities.
