Namibia Critical Metals Inc. announced that it expects to receive CAD 0.5 million in funding

Namibia Critical Metals Inc. announced a private placement of 2,500,000 units at a price of CAD 0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of up to CAD 500,000 on February 23, 2022. Each unit consist of one common share and one warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at an exercise price of CAD 0.35 for a period of 24 months from date of closing.

The transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. The securities to be issued will have a four-month hold period
