The Board of Directors of Naseej International Trading Company announced the decision of its Board of Directors, on 17 July 2021 to appoint the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of the Board, the formation of committees, appointment of the Board Secretary for its next term for the new session and the appointment of the Company’s representatives with CMA and (Tadawul) as follows: First: Dr. Wael Saad Abdulaziz AL Rashid (Independent) Chairman of the Board of Directors; Second: Dr. Ahmed Sirag Abdulrahman Khogeer (Independent) Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors.
