Nation Broadcasting Corporation Public Company Limited at its board of directors meeting held on May 30, 2022 Approved the appointment of Assoc.Prof.Dr.Thira Jearsiripongkul as a Director, Independent Director to replace the resigned director, Mr. Chalie Dithaluksana, effective from May 30, 2022 onwards. Approved the appointment of Mr.Sorakrai Srisajjarak as a Director, Independent Director to replace the resigned director, GEN. Watanachai Chaimuanwong, effective May 30, 2022 onwards.

Approved the appointment of Asst. Prof. Dr.Samart Deebhijarn as Chairman of the Board of Director to replace Mr. Shine Bunnag who resigned from the position of the Chairman effective from May 30, 2022 onwards. Acknowledged the resignation of the directors of Mr. Shine Bunnag Mr. Supawat Sa-nguan-ngam and Miss Aura-Orn Akrasanee, effective May 27, 2022 onwards without appointing replacement persons.
