Nation Broadcasting Corporation Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform the resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 6/2022, held on June 9, 2022. The significant resolutions are as follows:

1. Approved the appointment of Mr.Sorakrai Srisajjarak Independent Director as a member of Audit Committee replace the resigned director, effective from June 9, 2022 onwards.
2. Approved the appointment of Miss. Pornthip Trongkingtorn Director and Member of the Executive Committee as a Chief Executive Officer, effective from June 9, 2022 onwards.
3. Approved the appointment of Mr.Tinnakorn Punpanichgul Director , Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Member of the Executive Committee as a Assistant to Chief Executive Officer, effective from June 9, 2022 onwards.
4. Approval of change in the organizational structure in order to support future business expansion as illustrated pictures below;
