NAC Kazatomprom JSC said on Thursday that despite the recent social and political unrest which took place in Kazakhstan, the impact on its business and operations was minor.

The Kazakhstan-based uranium producer said all assets operated without interruption, adding that its risk management and business continuity plans proved to be robust and there haven't been any delays or disruptions to its uranium production, deliveries or sales plans.

"Kazatomprom's focus remains on business continuity, including the safety and security of its employees and operations," the company said.
