Further to the question by the Hellenic Capital Markets Commission regarding the ongoing sale process of Project Frontier (NPE portfolio securitization), National Bank of Greece would like to inform the investor community that the consortium of Bain Capital, Fortress and doValue has been chosen as preferred bidder for a short period of exclusive negotiations.
National Bank of Greece will keep investors updated on the progress of the transaction.
