National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain : The Department of Finance and Administration in Umm Al Qaiwain and the National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain have signed a cooperation agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, UAQ National Bank provides banking services to the staff of local and federal government entities in the emirate.

The agreement was signed by Khalifa Saeed Ghanim, Director-General of the Department, and R. Ramachandra Iyer, General Manager of the National Bank of Umm Al Qaiwain.

Mr. Ghanim said that the Department agreed with the bank to provide banking services at competitive prices for staff in the emirate's local departments.

Mr. Iyer expressed his pleasure on signing this agreement as it will strengthen the bank's position in the local market, pointing to his quest to provide banking services to the citizens of Umm Al Qaiwain.
