National Central Cooling Company PJSC announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was AED 547.930 million compared to AED 455.981 million a year ago. Operating income was AED 173.518 million compared to AED 145.358 million a year ago. Net income was AED 146.146 million compared to AED 129.746 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was AED 0.05 compared to AED 0.05 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was AED 1,257.945 million compared to AED 1,127.916 million a year ago. Operating income was AED 426.053 million compared to AED 390.420 million a year ago. Net income was AED 370.444 million compared to AED 329.109 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was AED 0.14 compared to AED 0.12 a year ago.
National Central Cooling Company PJSC (Tabreed), a subsidiary of Mubadala Development Company PJSC, is a United Arab Emirates-based company engaged in the provision of cooling solutions to government, commercial, residential and private organizations across the Middle East. The Company is organized into two segments: The Chilled Water segment, which constructs, owns, assembles, installs, operates and maintains cooling and conditioning systems, as well as distributes and sells chilled water for use in district cooling technologies, and the Value chain business segment, which is involved in ancillary activities relating to the expansion of Companyâs chilled water business.
