National Grid has launched a new US brand campaign across its Northeast service areas with the theme 'Responsibility Calls.' The campaign focuses on the responsibility National Grid has to keep the lights on and heat flowing for its customers today, while at the same time making investments in a clean energy future for tomorrow.

It shines a spotlight on National Grid's employees, who are accustomed to running towards problems, not away from them. It's due to a strong feeling of responsibility for the customers who depend on us to keep their drinks cold, homes warm and lights shining. Not some of the time or most of the time, but all of the time.

National Grid also knows its customers are depending on it more than ever to provide cleaner energy for the future. The company is focused on being at the heart of a clean, fair and affordable energy future, from supporting energy efficiency programs to help customers lower their bills and energy usage today, to developing new solar and wind projects through its competitive National Grid Renewables arm to add more clean energy to the grid.
