The Company is engaged in the business of financing the acquisition, construction, development and purchase of houses, plots, apartments, real estate and commercial spaces. The Company is also involved in other activities, such as accepting deposits, small and medium enterprises (SME) financing, project financing, lease financing and term loan facilities to corporate and other small and medium clients. Its fixed deposit includes term deposit, senior citizen term deposit, periodical income scheme and money multiplier scheme. The Company's scheme deposits include a Housing Deposit Scheme, Education Pension Scheme, Mohila Savings Scheme, Monthly Savings Scheme (MSS), Millionaire Scheme and National Housing Kotipoti Scheme. Its home mortgage loans include flat purchase self-construction, group home loan, NRB home financing scheme, renovation loan and housing plot purchase.
