15 Dec 2013 As Senior Director for the Customer Care Division Wataniya Telecom Appointed Wael Al-Sultan Wataniya Telecom announced today that it has appointed Wael Al-Sultan for the position of Senior Director for the Customer Care Division in the company. His appointment will have a significant impact on the division. Al-Sultan will promote the development and functionality of the Customer Care team and will enhance the level of performance. He will be developing strategies and plans to improve the service provided by Customer Care.

Al-Sultan holds a bachelor degree in Computer Science from Duquesne University of Pittsburgh, at Pennsylvania, United States of America. He joins Wataniya Telecom with 25 years of experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors, having held a variety of senior executive roles.

Prior to joining Wataniya Telecom as a Senior Director for Customer Care, Al-Sultan was the CEO at one of the leading Internet Service Providers in Kuwait. He also served as Chairman and Member of the Board of a number of telecommunication companies. He worked as a manager in one of the fast growing banks in Kuwait where he lead the E-Channels and Cards Department. Al-Sultan also worked as a Senior Information System Auditor at a Government Audit Organization.
