CINCINNATI - The Christ Hospital has been named to the fifth-annual NRC Health Consumer Loyalty Best in Class list. The award recognizes hospitals across the country that garner extraordinary loyalty from their patients. The Christ Hospital's ranking is number one in the region and the first time in the top ten nationally.

To qualify for the Consumer Loyalty Award, a hospital must receive at least 150 Top of Mind mentions on the Market Insights survey from April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022. The top 100 scores nationally are awarded. The survey looked at more than 300,000 households and profiles across the United States.

'Being honored like this is validation of our team's commitment to doing everything it takes to build lasting relationships with patients and families across the communities that we serve year after year,' said Debbie Hayes President and CEO of The Christ Hospital Health Network. 'Ensuring that patients and their families receive exceptional care and the finest experiences with every interaction is our mission and influences all that we do. Our dedicated team and our culture of pursuing excellent, innovative and affordable care are just a few of the reasons the community remains loyal to our network.'

For nearly four decades, NRC Health has helped healthcare organizations illuminate and improve the moments that matter most to patients, residents, physicians, nurses and staff. The Consumer Loyalty Awards are the first and only loyalty-based hospital rankings in the U.S.

'During a time when we need it the most, these exceptional hospitals and health systems have shown us what it truly means to drive loyalty among their patient populations and put the care experience first,' said Helen Hrdy, Chief Growth Officer at NRC Health. 'This award is a reflection of the incredible work being done by The Christ Hospital Health Network to inspire consumer loyalty and bring Human Understanding into their practice. Congratulations to the 2022 Consumer Loyalty Award winners.'
