NOTICE TO THE MARKET
Natura Cosméticos S.A. ("Natura Cosméticos"), in compliance with the provisions of art. 28 of the Securities Commission (CVM) Instruction No. 308, of May 14, 1999, as amended, informs its shareholders and the market that Silvia Vilas Boas Magalhães is announced as Vice President of Finance for Natura &Co Latin America starting March 22, 2021 with direct reporting to the CEO of Natura &Co Latin America [and indirectly to the Group CFO of Natura &Co].
With over 20 years of experience in large multinational companies, such as Banco Santander, Telefónica and Grupo Pão de Açúcar, Ms. Magalhães brings solid knowledge of finance, innovation and technology to the Group and experience in different sectors, such as industry, retail, telecommunications and banking, thus contributing to the consolidation of Natura & Co Latin America as an omnichannel platform.
