NOTICE TO THE MARKET
ELECTION OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Natura Cosméticos S.A. ("Company"), registered with the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) under Category B, wholly owned subsidiary of Natura &Co Holding S.A., a publicly-held company, registered with CVM under Category A, informs the market, as previously disclosed by means of a Notice to the Market of the Company dated March 19, 2021, that on this date Ms. Silvia Vilas Boas Magalhães was elected as the Company's Chief Financial Officer.
The remaining positions of the Company's Board of Officers remain unchanged.
