The Investment segment is engaged in the leasing of properties. The Paint and Coatings segment is engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of paints and chemicals. The F&B segment is engaged in the operation of restaurants, manufacturing and wholesale of F&B products. The Technology segment is involved in the installation of building automated systems for remote monitoring. Its subsidiaries include Natural Cool Airconditioning & Engineering Pte Ltd and SFB Holdings Pte. Ltd.
