Flogas Ireland Ltd. agreed to acquire Naturgy Limited from Naturgy Energy Group, S.A. (BME:NTGY) on November 5, 2021. DCC plc (LSE : DCC), parent of Flogas Ireland Ltd. has committed approximately £560 million to new acquisitions across Europe and North America. The acquisition is subject to approval by the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission in Ireland.
The deal is expected to complete by the end of the year.
