Navin Fluorine International Limited announced that at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held October 19, 2021, Mr. Ketan Sablok, Chief Financial Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has resigned from the services of the Company. The Board of Directors has taken note of the said resignation and decided to relieve Mr. Sablok of his responsibilities effective close of working hours of October 31, 2021. The Company places on record its appreciation for the invaluable contribution made by Mr. Sablok during his tenure of over 24 years with the Company (including as CFO effective June 16, 2018). Further, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Basant Kumar Bansal as Chief Financial Officer and a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company effective November 1, 2021.

The Companyâs manufacturing facilities are located at Surat in Gujarat and Dewas in Madhya Pradesh.
