Navin Fluorine International Limited announced that Mr. Shekhar Khanolkar, Managing Director has resigned from the services of the company due to personal reasons. The Board of Directors at their Meeting held August 17, 2018, have accepted his resignation and he shall be relieved as Managing Director with effect from close of business hours on 12th October, 2018. He shall continue to serve the company with full responsibilities in the interim for the smooth transition. The company will induct a senior professional to head the organization as Managing Director in due course of time. In the interim Mr. Vishad Mafatlal, Executive Chairman, shall guide the operations of the company. Mr. Vishad Mafatlal was Non-Executive Promoter Director of the Company from 2003. In August 2016, he assumed Executive Position at the Board Level and was re-designated as Executive Chairman.

The Companyâs manufacturing facilities are located at Surat in Gujarat and Dewas in Madhya Pradesh.
