NBCC (India) Limited announced that the Board of Directors in the meeting held on November 13, 2024 has taken on record the cessation of the Chief Financial Officer i.e. Shri Saleem Ahmad (Whole time Director, NBCC) with effect from November 1, 2024. Further, the Board of Directors has appointed Shri Anjeev Kumar Jain (DIN: 09233328) Director (Finance), NBCC (India) Limited as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personal (KMP) of the Company effective the date of assumption of charge as regular incumbent of Director (Finance) i.e. November 01, 2024. He is a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) with degree in Law & Diploma in Management.
He has experience of 26 years (appx.) in the field of Finance & Accounts, Cost Accounts, Audit, Government Procurement, transaction advisory for PPP, Contract Management, Tendering & finance appraisal etc. He has vast experience of working in infrastructure sector that includes Companies like NHPC, DFCCIL and RITES.
