NCAB Group AB (publ) (OM:NCAB) signed an agreement to acquire META Leiterplatten GmbH & Co. KG on December 28, 2021. As a part of acquisition, META will be integrated with NCAB Europe.
The transaction is estimated to be closed in the beginning of January 2022. The acquisition of META will be accretive to earnings per share in NCAB Group in 2022. Synergies are expected in the areas of Factory Management, suppliers, payment terms as well as in logistics and laboratory.
