Construction company NCC's share is performing strongly on the Stockholm Stock Exchange on Wednesday.

Nordea sees good return opportunities in relation to the risk for those who buy the share ahead of the report for the fourth quarter, which will be released on February 10, writes Dagens industri.

Nordea has raised its earnings estimates for the fourth quarter significantly. Among other things, NCC is expected to book several billion kronor in profits from real estate transactions in the quarter. The bank also expects a dividend of SEK 11 per share, compared to SEK 8 per share last year.

The B-share was up 6.6 percent at 2:30 p.m. to SEK 176.90 when last paid.
