IGIS Asset Management Co., Ltd agreed to acquire building at 501, Teheran-ro street in Gangnam-gu district in Seoul from NCsoft Corporation (KOSE:A036570) for approximately KRW 180 billion on August 28, 2017. The Board of Directors passed a resolution for the transaction on August 28, 2017. The transaction is expected to be completed on August 31, 2017.
NCSOFT Corp is a Korea-based company principally engaged in the development, production and publication of games. Mobile game products include lineage red knights, final blade, pro baseball h2, lineage m and others. Online game products consist of lineage, lineage 2, alon, blade & soul, guild wars 2, among others. The Company also manages the intellectual property rights of mobile and online games. The Company sells its products within domestic market and to overseas markets.
