Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of
Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
Neenah, Inc. (the "Company") has appointed Jason T. Free to serve as Executive
Vice President, Operations, effective January 1, 2021. In this role, Mr. Free
will be responsible for leading the global operations of the Company, including
Company initiatives related to safety, manufacturing, and supply chain. Mr. Free
will report directly to Julie A. Schertell, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company.
Mr. Free, 51, has been employed with the Company since 2006 and has held various
roles of increasing responsibility, most recently serving as Vice President,
Operations.
In connection with his appointment, Mr. Free will participate in the Company's
long-term equity compensation plan on an ongoing basis pursuant to the terms of
the Company's 2018 Omnibus Stock and Incentive Compensation Plan, all as
determined by the Company's Compensation Committee.
With respect to the disclosure required pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation
S-K, there are no transactions between the Company and Mr. Free that would be
required to be reported.
