Norwegian hydrogen company Nel has signed a cooperation agreement with Samsung E&A to offer its customers complete hydrogen plants using Nel's electrolysers. In a separate transaction, Samsung E&A will also purchase newly issued shares in Nel and gain a 9.1% stake. This is stated in a press release.
As a result of the transaction, Samsung E&A, formerly known as Samsung Engineering, will become the single largest shareholder in Nel.
