On November 11, 2020, Alfa Laval AB (publ)'s total holding in Neles shares and in financial instruments entitling to shares exceeded the 5 percent threshold and amounted to 12,723,923 shares, or 8.46 percent of Neles' shares and votes. Neles' total number of shares and voting rights is 150,348,256.
