Neles Oyj : Notification according to chapter 9, section 5 and 6 of the Securities Market Act Societe Generale SA's holding in Neles

Neles Corporation has received a notification, pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 and 6 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, from Societe Generale SA (SG SA) that on December 18, 2020, their total holding in Neles shares and financial instruments fell below 5 percent threshold.

Neles' total number of shares and voting rights is 150,348,256.
