As of 30 December 2020, the total number of shares and votes in Nelly Group AB (publ) ('Nelly Group') amounts to 18,494,973, of which 17,972,973 are ordinary shares and 522,000 are class C shares.

During December 2020, the number of shares and votes in Nelly Group has decreased from 184,949,730, of which 179,729,730 were ordinary shares and 5,220,000 were class C shares, to 18,494,973, of which 17,972,973 are ordinary shares and 522,000 are class C shares. All 522,000 class C shares are held as treasury shares by Nelly Group. The change in the number of shares and votes is a result of the reverse share split of Nelly Group's shares that was resolved upon by the extraordinary general meeting on 16 December 2020. The reverse share split has not affected Nelly Group's share capital.
